Marsha Hamby Savage, Thank you for sharing! I hope all is well after your Doc appointment. Yea... modifying is difficult when we are in the same spot all the time for painting. I learned that ice is one of my new best friends. I have a great shoulder ice thingy that I keep in the freezer. It works real well. I'll have to come back to your newsletter and this blog post later today because I am headed to a doctor appointment. You know about those. I can relate to your rotator issues since I had the surgery about 5 years ago, and bicep repair. And now, I have a new 4mm tear at the incision spot inside. They don't want to do surgery a second time because I was told by the wonderful doctor it is never "quite" as successful. He said keep doing what I do, but modify my motions! Oh yeah! Right!!! I'm thinking of you! Posted by Marsha Hamby Savage · via kimfancherlordier.com · 1 day ago
